Quiet On the Eastern Front

The winds have lightened, the rain will soon end and then it will be time to clean up the yard. We fared well through Nicole, with 2.5 inches of rain and maximum sustained winds of 30 MPH with gusts to 43. While several in Ocala are without power, we only had five minutes of power outage and that was covered by our generator. We had no damage, only the usual litter from the trees that I will be cleaning up shortly.

Happy Veterans Day and thanks to all who have served.

  1. Glad the storm didn’t hit you TOO hard. Wish I was there to help you guys clean up. 😁
