While dining recently at Ocala’s Elevation 89 restaurant, we were joined by a dinner guest just outside our window. He had hopped up there to consume insects wandering about the window ledge, but he also seemed to be showing off, perhaps proud of his hunting prowess. While such fare may have been a delicacy for him, we preferred to order from the menu.
