It’s been more than a month since our last hurricane passed by, but its dangers remain. Leaves on branches broken off during the storm have turned brown, revealing them to be dangling like the sword of Damocles, and threatening to drop down at any unannounced moment. Most would be annoying and perhaps a little painful if they were to fall onto someone, but others are downright dangerous. I will keep looking up and avoid being under the trees when it is windy.
