Red-shouldered Hawk Perched in Oak Tree

Had I not seen him fly up to this perch, I may not have seen him at all. He was hard to find, but that was the point. His secret to survival is to see and not be seen by his “food.” After due deliberation, I decided to call him “Waldo.”
