Fairy’s World-famous Swedish Braids

Mom has been making this fabulous dessert bread since she was nine years old, and Daughter came to visit recently to learn to make it and carry on the tradition. The plan had been for Daughter to take this one home in her luggage (without the frosting), but other items crowded it out.

All was not lost however, since there was room for a copy of the recipe in her carry-on luggage, and she can now quite competently make her own. As a consolation, since it could not last until Daughter’s return, Mom and Dad “reluctantly” devoured this in her honor. Daughter, I hope you sincerely appreciate all that we did for you…
