After carrying out the trash for this morning’s pick up, I was greeted with this jaw-dropping sight. The December supermoon hovered above the trees while a contrail crossed from Canis Minor (upper left) to Auriga on the lower right. Just below the trees in the upper part or the photo, the brilliant Jupiter forms a flattened triangle with the twins, Pollux and Castor. Heavenly!
