Rays of the rising sun cast shadows of the flamingo and the poinsettia onto the adjacent wall. The poinsettia seems content just to bask in the light while the flamingo appears to be gazing intently at the Christmas tree which is reflected in glass of the picture frame behind it. Each seem to be under their own spells of the season. While their kingdom may be small, they have plenty of their own special magic.
