Boobytraps abound in the delightful, tranquil-appearing forest, so beware: Lurking limbs may be suspended overhead just waiting for the right moment to break loose from the weak vines still holding them and crash onto the ground or whatever is below. When walking through the woods, we keep an eye on what is overhead as well as on the path, and rest stops are chosen where no potential noggin-knockers lurk above.
