We were treated to a meal at Space 220 Restaurant at Disney’s Epcot theme park. A “space elevator” virtually lifted us hundreds of miles above Earth to a station in orbit where we dined with scenes of Earth and Space visible through the giant “window.”
It was very creative, and the special effects created a feeling of actually dining in orbit. The food was delicious, and as can be seen in the photo above, the desserts were “out of this world.”
