Room For “Wrent”

Birdhouse and Frog Hotel

A house for birds rests high on a shepherd’s rod while white pipes in the ground serve as “hotels” for frogs in hopes that the frogs will leave the birdhouse to the birds. In the past, frog squatters have commandeered the birdhouse leaving the wrens and chickadees to fend for themselves.

Yesterday, a chickadee spent considerable time checking out the house. Either a chickadee or a wren would be great; I could care less about the frogs.
