A new ukulele arrived today, not for me, but for a friend who had seen and played my outdoor ukulele. They are inexpensive, have a great sound, can tolerate extreme temperatures, and are very strong and durable. I use mine for a travel ukulele; it has been all over there US, in the Pacific, the Caribbean, and in Europe and has put smiles on a lot of faces.
