Monsoon Season Again

Another Rainy Florida Morning

Greetings from not-so-sunny Florida with rain falling at a rate of 2-5 inches per hour. (I guess that explains the flash flood warning.) The wet season has begun, and while the first half of June yielded only half an inch of rain, during the past few days we have reached the average of 7.5 inches for the month. The next five days, however, we are only expecting 50%-90% chance of rain each day. Despite the slow beginning this month, methinks we will far surpass the June rainfall average; just a hunch.
