The first of the frangipani, AKA plumeria, are bursting onto the scene with their fragrant floral display. Thanks to a mild winter all the plumeria plants came through intact and promise an abundant supply of these lovely tropical flowers. Though we haven’t enough to make leis, there will be more than enough to make smiles, lots of smiles.
