Debby Tree Debris

Remnants of a Broken Tree

As hurricane Debby approached, our neighbor’s cracked tree came down. Whether it was taken down intentionally just before she arrived, or knocked down by her rain and wind, we don’t know. It had leaned ominously over the street with a large crack down the lower back of its trunk for more than a year, and we had wondered when it would finally meet its demise. Fortunately, no vehicles or people were struck by its fall.
