Villages Corvette Club Departing for Fly-in

A couple of dozen Vettes assembled at the American Legion Post in Lady Lake, Florida, then took off to fly (figuratively) in formation to a local airport to attend a fly-in. Though we drive an Altima, not a Corvette, friends invited us to tag along. It was a fun and engaging group, but we chose to be “tail end Charlie” in the line of cars so as not to look like brown shoes surrounded by tuxedos.

We had a wonderful time making new friends and seeing airplanes as beautiful as the cars. My video of the fly-in can be seen at: https://youtu.be/eIDKgRrtW0I?si=5_zsw8sZiCvY2dvy
