Puzzled

Too Much Blue

“There is a lot of blue,” I was warned as I looked longingly at this puzzle in the store in Animal Kingdom. What was worse, we found out later, many pieces were nearly identical in size and shape.

“I don’t care, I want this puzzle,” was my stubborn reply. And get the puzzle we did, or maybe it got us.

The picture pieces went together in just a couple of hours, but the featureless pale blue regions took several days of trial and error, with all the errors turning into quite a trial. But we got it together–sort of. I am sure over 95% of the blue pieces are in the right place, but some probably aren’t though they could be made to fit.

Maybe next time we will get them all in the right places, if there ever is a next time.

  1. I love working puzzles.  This one looks like a dandy! I have to admit all that blue and similar pieces would be a real challenge.  My addiction to puzzles raises its head when I get one out.  I have a terrible time walking away from it until the last piece is in.  Thus, I get nothing else done.  I got a wooden puzzle for Christmas that was quite challenging and then my sis-in-law brought over one she bought.  I lost a week.  😀  But sure did enjoy myself.  My puzzle board is now stored under the couch until the puzzle bug bites me again.  Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone
