Gloomsday Scenario

Stormy Morning

Multiple layers of clouds racing different directions gave grudging glimpses of the sun through the early morning. An approaching cold front seemed destined to wring water out or the heavy, damp air, with some estimates of up to three inches of rainfall. Just after noon, gusty winds roared through showering the yards and streets with leaves and broken branches followed by reluctant rain that fell heavily for about five minutes, then dwindled to a drizzle. Instead of three inches, we received about three eights of an inch. The drought continues.

  1. High 80’s yesterday.  Suppose to reach 90 today.  Crazy weather with summer temps already.  Sent from my Galaxy
