I was startled to find our flag on the ground last evening, entangled in a fallen branch. Review of video revealed that It took less than a second for a falling branch to knock down our flag as shown in the sequence above. Fortunately no one was under it when it fell, but a delivery person was at our door at the time that it happened. I’m glad that he didn’t use the sidewalk. There was no wind or warning; sometimes mighty oak trees can be mighty hazardous.
