Whirly Bug
The bug on the blade goes round and round. I discovered this thrill-seeing insect on the wind whirligig in our back yard when I went to straighten its mounting pole. I got this photo and then a light gust of wind sent the apparatus, bug and all, spinning merrily round and round.
Happy Easter
Wishing you the best of peace, love, and hope this Easter.

Copernicus

The ragged rubble and distant pockmarks so clearly displayed in the lunar sunrise speak of the extreme violence with which a hypervelocity object struck the MoonContinue reading “Copernicus”
Sunday Blue
Nothing like blue, sparkling wine by the pool on a lazy afternoon.
Contorted Oak
Branches on this old oak tree bend, twist and swirl in all sorts of contortions to give it an enchanted appearance by the docks at The Cove.
