Morning Magic
This morning’s eye-opener was the sight of blooms of brilliant flowers instead of coffee, though the coffee would help, I’m sure. The flowers shot up out of red, wax wrappings in just a couple of weeks to brighten our spirits as well as the days; like Christmas early. #amaryllis #blossoms #eyeopener
Little Red Rising Bulb
It was one of three in a box that promised holiday blooms. The other two were gifts for others and burst forth in blossoms as predicted, but this one is a bit delayed. Indoor Bloom
This amaryllis grew in just a few weeks from a bulb in a small puck of soil that expanded greatly with the simple addition of water. All we had to do then was wait. It’s amazing how some water and a little patience can brighten one’s life.
