Once upon a time we cruised the waters of northwest Washington in the Fairy Boat, a 26-foot Bayliner. One of our favorite places was Chuckanut Bay near Bellingham, where we would anchor to visit friends on the nearby shore. Though decades have passed since then, the memories are still bright and happy.
