While visiting with family and friends at the boardwalk along Lake Dora, Florida, this grackle stopped by, perhaps to admire the avian artwork on the post supporting the shelter’s roof. Whether he thought it was a fine representation of himself, or perhaps a romantic fantasy of his heart’s desire, I’ll never know, but he seemed quite pleased with it.
