In 2001 we took the Fairy Boat on a most memorable three week cruise of the waters of the southern third of the Inside Passage to Alaska. We reached Egmont, British Columbia, the second day, and after mooring at the marina, we witnessed this scene. I had never imagined a Corvette towing a boat, let alone backing it into the salt water. We did witness some very strange sights while messing about in our boat, but more than 20 years later, I’m still shaking my head over this one.
