Yellow Fellow

Ripening At Last!

After a two-year wait, we are harvesting pineapples again! I noticed this mellow, yellow fellow in the garden and picked it and placed it in the screened-in lanai to finish ripening—away from the racoons. They like pineapples almost as well as we do, but they can find something else to eat, thank you very much!

P.S. Four days later, it was delicious!
