Good news: A beautiful rainbow arced across in the western sky during our morning walk. Bad news: There is always rain in such a bow; it was headed our way, and we had just reached the farthest point in our walk from our house. However, that did not dampen our delight over the glorious sight, and we marched determinedly home. Five minutes after returning, rain began to fall, but we were already safely indoors, counting ourselves doubly fortunate to have seen the beautiful rainbow without getting soaked.
