The cardinal had waited patiently for the titmouse to finish her turn at the feeder, but like people in a busy restaurant who have finished their meals, it just sat there in no hurry to leave. The cardinal politely waited for a time, but finally her patience ran out, as the titmouse found out in no uncertain terms moments after this photo was taken.
