They showed up in February just before the really cold (for central Florida) weather hit. Now it is warmer and they are nowhere to be seen. Next week more cold weather will return, but will the goldfinch? #goldfinch #coldweather

Bloomin’ Weather
The freezing temperatures departed last week and now the lanai is the perfect place for these tulips to bloom and grow. Let’s hope the mild weather continues, and that Mother Nature smiles upon these blossoms as much as we have. #tulips #coldweather #blooms
Refugee

I have heard that birds need a lot of food to fuel their feathery furnaces just to keep from freezingContinue reading “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow”
