I have seen many “picture windows” in the past, but I have never before seen a picture like this through a window. The Kenai Mountains rise in the distance over the rippled waters of Kachemak Bay by Homer, Alaska.
Airplanes buzzed by, many with floats, as small boats and cargo boats rumbled along. Birds bobbed on the water, and sea otters floated and fussed with their fur and providing a delightful view through binoculars.
It amazes me how the furry little creatures can survive and thrive in the frigid waters that would be the death of me.
