We bought these two grinning gourdes to replace older, beloved Halloween decorations that we thought we had lost or discarded (much to our relief we found them later–YAY!). These new ones were so cute that we just had to keep them; they make a great addition to our collection. I christened the one on the right “Gordie,” and since the one on the left had a silly grin like mine, I named it “How;” short for “Howard.” When I look up at the glowing Gordie and How, I can’t help grinning myself.
